Wii 'nin uzerinde tepinmem ve yuvarlanmam yetmezmis gibi traji komik pilates maceram basladi.&lt;br /&gt;Evet bir gun kendimi videoyaya almayi planliyorum. Ibreti alem :)&lt;br /&gt;Ilk kez pilates calisan biri icin kendimi basarli sayiyorum. Evet maalesef Ebru kadar fit degilim* ki olmak ister miyim orasi tartisilir.Hatun sanirim 0 beden altini icat etmis son hali ile. Ancak calismasi gercekten iyi farkli hissediyorum kendim gun asiri yani haftada uc gun bu program ile calismayi planliyorum.&lt;br /&gt;Isinma ile Pilates ile ilgili veriyor bu calismasinda ardindan egzersizlere geciyor.&lt;br /&gt;Anlatimi fena degil ama bazen kopukluk varmis gibi geliyor ziro o kugu gibi salinirken ben karaya vurmus balina misali debeleniyorum. Birde o pilates topu var ki allahim nasil birsey o. Benim GNC nin vucut mezurasi saolsun tum olcumlerimi feet inch cinsinden yazabildim. Ayrıca kendime özel çalışmak için koç tuttum :) Wii nin my fitness couch. Çeşitli egzersizlerin olduğu bir program.&lt;br /&gt;Su içme olayına girdim bugun hesapladım 2 litre kadar içebildim. Cilt Bakımını hergün düzenli yaparsanız sağlıklı bir cilde sahip olmamanız içten bile değil. Cilt bakımı ile ilgili okuduğum kitaplardan ve gittiğim Workshoplardan öğrendiğim en önemli şey Sabun kullanmak cildinizi kurutuyor PH ile ilgili bir durum. Cildinizin tipine göre bunu belirlerken bir kağıt mendil alın yüzünüze bastırın 1 dk kadar bekleyip kağıt mendili kaldırın tüm mendilde yüzünüzdeki yağ geçti ise Yağlı bazı yerlerde yağlı izler var ise Karışık belirgin izler yok ise Normal hiç iz yok ve gerginlik hissi var ise Kuru bir cilde sahipsiniz. Bazen hava ve hayatınız cildinizi etkilediğinden Normal olan cildiniz acil neme ihtiyaç duyabilir. Cildinizi en iyi siz bilebilirsiniz der Bobbi Brown. Aynaya bakıp siz karar vermelisiniz ne tip bir bakım uygulamanıza.&lt;br /&gt;Ben kıştan çıkmaya başladığımız şu günlerde cildimin gevşek olduğunu göz burun ve ağız çevremde kuruluğu hissediyorum.&lt;br /&gt;Öncelikle Peeling ile başlıyorum. Piyasada çok çeşitli peeling kremleri jelleri ve maskeleri bulabilirsiniz. Hatta evde kendiniz bile yapabiliyormuşsunuz. &lt;a href="http://www.canimablama.com/showthread.php?tid=346"&gt;Bakınız.&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ben siyah noktalardan çok şikayetçiyim Yulaf en iyi yardımcı bu konuda. Daha önce cilt bakımı yaptırırken Estetisyen bana kendi yaptığı Yulaf maskesini uygulardı. Şimdi &lt;a href="http://www.bodyshop.com.tr/"&gt;Body Shop&lt;/a&gt; un Honey&amp;amp;Oat maskesini kullanıyorum.Gerçekten iyi bir ürün.&lt;br /&gt;Öncelikle 15 dakika buhara tutuyorum yüzümü ardından bir köpüklü yüz temizleme kullanarak yıkıyor ve bu maskeyi uyguluyorum.Maskeyi temizledikten sonra nemlendirici bir maskem var onu sürüp bekliyorum 10 dk sonra hala kalan var ise pamuk ile siliyorum. Tonik ki alkol içermiyor silip nemlendirici kremi sürüp bitiriyorum.&lt;br /&gt;Gözlerim için şu göz altı torbalarına yapışan bantları ve jel bir maske kullanıp göz kremi ile tamamlıyorum. Bazen buz dolabında beklediğim göz pedlerini koyuyorum inanılmaz bir his. Aynı hissi fazla kalın kesmediğiniz soğutulmuş salatalık dilimlerinden de alabilirsiniz.&lt;br /&gt;Siyah noktalar için &lt;a href="http://www.nivea.com.tr/products/show/11214"&gt;Nivea'nın bantlarını &lt;/a&gt;kullanıyorum. Biraz da eğlenelim. Maalesef son zamanlarda eğlence anlayışım değişti.Sebeb imkanlarım. Evimizde yapılması gereken bir ton ev işi olması ve bizim bir gündelikçi kadınımızın olmaması. Mutfağım 10 senenlik bulaşık makinası yok 15 aydır bulaşık elde yıkanıyor. Belçika'da ki kiralık evdede bulaşık makinası yoktu. Ütüden hiç hoşlanmam şimdi yapmak zorundayım.4-5 saatimi yiyor bu meret. Evimizde hala (eylül ayından beri banyomuz inşaat halinde çatıda merdiven boşluğuna duş astık onda duş alıyoruz) tadilat var. Dolayısı ile hala koliler açılmamış halde bekliyor. Kimi odalarda birleştirilmeyi bekleyen mobilyalar var.Ki bazılarının birleştirilmesini bile istemiyorum. Eşyalarımız çok eski bazıları milletten vakti zamanında toplanmış bazıları ikinci el kesinlikle tarzım değil. Uyum yok bu tip şeyler beni yoruyor.Varlık içinde yokluk.&lt;br /&gt;Allahtan ev işleri de kaloriden sayılıyor:) İşe iyi tarafından bakalım.&lt;br /&gt;Bütün bunları geçtim. Artık kuaföre öyle İstanbul'daki gibi gidemiyorum.Boyamı kendim yapıyorum kesim hala bekliyor İstanbul'a gider gitmez ilk ziyaret Kuaföre :) Manikür pedikür yok. Başka gerekleri yazmıyorum bile. Çok bakımsızım ben burda :( Bu da moralimi bozuyor.&lt;br /&gt;Bugün kendime bakım yapmaya karar verdim. Manikür pedikür cilt bakımı ... Birden farkettim hayatımı ne kadar tehlikeye attığımı.Benim belirtilerim adet düzensizliği,kilo alımı idi. Yapılan testler sonucu İnsülün Direnci saptandı.Bir kısır döngü kilo alımını İnsülün direnci tetikliyor kilo aldıkça insülün dengesi iyice bozularak daha çok kilo alımına sebeb oluyor. Kilo alımı adet düzensizliğini yağlanmayı daha da arttırıyor çocuk sahibi olmayı engelliyor kimi durumlarda kısırlığa bile yol açabiliyor.Bu ruh durumu içindeydim son iki gün.Kendime acımak hiç adetim değildir. Ne yapabilirim diye düşündüm sonunda bu işi kontrol altına almaya karar verdim.&lt;br /&gt;Ve bu sabah uyandım ilk iş su içtim aslında alışkanlık olması gereken birşey bu 'su içmek'.&lt;br /&gt;Kitapları karıştırdım hepsinde benim durumum ile ilk yazılan 'Uyandıktan sonra 1/2 saat içinde kahvaltı edilmesi.İnsülün direnci gibi sorununuz var ise unutulmaması gereken en önemli şey 3-4 saatte beslenilmesi.Ben tüm sabah araştırdım. Notlar aldım hesaplamalar yaptım.&lt;br /&gt;Sanırım bir yola girdim.Bu sayfada okuduğum bulduğum herşeyi paylaşmayı planlıyorum PKOS ile ilgili.&lt;br /&gt;Kısacası sadece Diyet değil sağlıklı beslenme hayatımı değiştirmem gerekecek.
